CANCELLATION POLICY

Strict No Children Policy Due to the nature of the services we provide, no children or guests are allowed in the studio unless the guest is receiving a service at the same time. • No children are allowed in the lobby due to the presence of other professionals in the studio. We cannot allow any disruptions to other artists or clients in the building. • We understand that arranging childcare can be a hassle, but for the safety and comfort of all clients, please make arrangements for a babysitter prior to your appointment. Card on File Policy All clients are required to have a card on file when booking. Your card will not be charged unless it is needed for a deposit, late fee, cancellation fee, or no-show fee as outlined in our policies. Late Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment. • If you arrive 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file. • If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee service beyond the 5-minute mark. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointment reminders are sent via text and email 72 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the online links provided in your reminders within the 24-hour notice period. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled past the 24-hour period will be charged 50% of the total service cost to the card on file. Adding & Removing Services Policy • We cannot guarantee there will be time to add on additional services at your appointment. If you would like to add a service, please request it in advance. • If you need to remove or shorten a service, we require 24 hours’ notice to make changes. • Same-day service removals will be charged 50% of the total service cost of the removed service to the card on file. No-Call, No-Show Policy We understand that things happen, but if you are unable to make it to your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. • Contact us at 702-370-3528 if you cannot attend your appointment. • Failure to attempt communication before your scheduled appointment time is considered a No-Call, No-Show. • Any attempt to contact us after your appointment time has passed will still be considered a No-Call, No-Show. • No-Call, No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file. Deposit Policy Please be aware that deposits are required if: • You are a new client. • You have booked a longer service (one hour or more). • Your service is $100 or more. • You have canceled or rescheduled frequently in the past. Deposits are non-refundable. They must be paid within 24 hours of booking and will be applied toward your service total. Period Policy We understand that periods are unpredictable, and we are 100% ok with waxing clients on their menstrual cycle. • Please wear a fresh tampon before your appointment. • Tampons and pads are available if needed. • If you need to cancel the appointment on the same day due to your period, the same cancellation fee will apply as stated in our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
